Our Montessori Family Community

A Warm Welcome

Our Montessori Family Centre is a shared space — a place for connection, learning, and growing together. Everything we offer is rooted in respect for children, families, and the unique journey of each household.

These guidelines help us care for the space, the community, and one another.

Our Community Offerings

We offer:

  • Parent–Baby and Parent–Toddler programmes, where children attend alongside a parent or trusted caregiver

  • Community workshops, led by experienced professionals, including:

    • Infant and paediatric first aid trainers

    • Baby massage therapists

    • Emotional intelligence and wellbeing specialists

    • Positive Discipline coaches

Each session is thoughtfully prepared to support families in a calm, welcoming environment.

Shared Care & Responsibility

  • Children remain in the care of their parent or caregiver throughout all sessions.

  • Adults are invited to stay present, observe, and support their child’s exploration.

  • We honour each child’s rhythm — there is no expectation to participate in every activity.

  • This shared responsibility helps create a safe and respectful space for everyone.

Enrolment & Contributions

  • Your place is confirmed once payment is received or a payment plan is agreed.

  • Contributions help us maintain the space, prepare materials, and welcome trusted professionals into our community.

  • Missed sessions are generally not refundable, as places are limited and prepared in advance.

Cancellations & Changes

  • We have a no-refund policy but offer one make-up lesson per term in the event of an illness or a family emergency. The make-up lesson will be carried forward to the next term or used for another programme (of the same value) should you not continue classes for the next term.

Health & Respect for One Another

  • Please attend only when you and your child are feeling well.

  • If your child is unwell or contagious, we kindly ask you to rest at home and rejoin us when everyone is well.

  • Normal movement, sound, and exploration are part of being with young children — we welcome them with understanding.

First Aid Workshops — A Gentle Clarification

First aid workshops are offered as educational community sessions and are led by independent, qualified first aid professionals.

Please keep in mind:

  • These workshops are designed to share knowledge and build confidence, not to replace medical care.

  • No medical diagnosis or personalised treatment is provided.

  • Responsibility for first aid instruction rests with the individual trainer.

In all situations, families should seek appropriate medical or emergency support when needed.

Our Collaborators

Some workshops are led by external professionals who share their expertise with our community. We choose collaborators with care, and each professional is responsible for their own practice and guidance.

Looking After the Space

  • We ask everyone to treat the environment, materials, and one another with care.

  • Together, we create a space where children feel safe, welcome, and respected.

Photos, Privacy & Trust

  • From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken to celebrate our community.

  • We will always ask for clear consent before using any images where families or children can be identified.

Personal information is handled with care and in line with GDPR.
More details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
